The scheduled meeting of the Winston Park Homeowners Association occurred on June 28th, 2024. The meeting started at 6:30 PM and was attended by Secretary Johnson.

A brief review of the minutes from the previous meeting was shared.

Following the approval of the minutes, several matters were reviewed including:

• Neighborhood beautification projects
• Updates regarding homeowner guidelines
• Maintenance concerns raised by residents

The meeting terminated at 8:30 PM.

The next meeting is scheduled for September 14th, 2023. All residents are requested to attend.
